The house is absolutely beautiful and super spacious. it's perfect for big groups. very well stocked and plenty of entertainment like the
pool. hot tub, campfire and game room. Communication was very easy and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Great house for our golf trip! Spacious, great fire pit, swimming pool was perfect! Game room is a huge bonus as well as the long dinner
table. We fit 16 of us comfortably.

This house is large and has all the activities you would need for your group. Between the pool and space outside, and the game room
inside, any group would have a great time here.

Had a great weekend! We booked the house for a bachelorette party and was easily able to house and feed 16 girls. We spent the days
relaxing by the pool and cooked our own meals. The grocery store is about 10 minutes away and they had 2 refrigerators so we were
able to stock up with ease. They provided pool towels and floats so we didn’t have to worry about bringing our own. My only “complaint”
is that they don’t have ceiling fans in the bedrooms so it did get a little warm at night but then I found one box fan in a closet. It’s by no
means a deal breaker just something I thought I’d bring up. We had one issue with one of the screen doors being broken and the host
fixed it the same day. Highly recommend this house for a large group of people. I’d book here again.

We loved our stay with Exclusive Rentals. The house was a perfect retreat for our group of 14 friends with ample room for everyone to
have a comfortable place to sleep. We had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend and enjoyed the use of the pool, grill, and fire
pit. The owner was incredibly responsive to questions and ensured that the a/c was repaired within hours when it stopped working
during our weekend. Would definitely recommend and consider returning for future group reunions!
