The study aims to identify sharing economy as a rising phenomenon in which shared access to goods and services take priority over property. Taking into consideration a literature on network society definitions, consumer behaviour, social bonds building, trust and reputation this study discuss the importance of sharing economy role, characteristics and principles to the contemporary society. And it enhances the social bond building, trust and reputation as main pillars of this new economy model and also this study objects. An Airbnb case study in this study portraits as a lead example of a more human based relationship and an exclusive potential of connecting unknown individuals to unique traveling experiences.
