Note to the candidates:
1. The period of appointment will be restricted to the period up to which the scheme has been
sanctioned (31.03.2021).
2. At the end of the sanctioned period of the scheme (31.03.2021) or as soon as the necessity
for the employment of the person is over his / her services will be terminated.

2. 3. He / She should not claim any University service.
4. HRA will be provided as per the norms of ICAR.
5. He / she is eligible for one weekly holiday (either Saturday or Sunday) and three national
holidays (Republic day, Independence day and Gandhi Jayanthi). He / She is not eligible for
any other leave.
6. Candidates are requested to fill the application form and send the scanned document as
soft copy by mail to icar.nc@tanuvas.org.in. The hard copies may be sent to “The Dean,
Madras Veterinary College, Vepery, Chennai – 600 007” on or before 5:00 pm on
31.07.2019.
7. All doubts pertaining to application for the posts may be addressed to the email id mentioned
above. Phone calls are not entertained.
8. Short listed candidates will be called for personal interview.
9. The date and venue of personal interview will be intimated later.
10. Candidates called for personal interview should bring their original certificates and
documents for verification.
11. Applications that are incomplete and those received after the due date will not be considered.
12. No TA / DA / Food / Accommodation will be provided for attending interview.
13. The above posts are purely on temporary basis to be reviewed annually with condition to
terminate the appointment.
