Yes! If you are using the Twitter app
Click the 3 dots at the top right
Select Lists and you will see your lists

10. Add Someone To Your Lists On Mobile?
If you are using the Twitter app
Go to the Profile of the person you want to add
Click on the cog
Select Add to list from the drop down menu
Your Lists will
then be
displayed and
you can
choose from
here or create
a new list
