2. PROCESS
I have created a logo for my podcast
as I have extra time, I created this in
Photoshop and an image of the
internet, I cam up with the name with
the help of the internet I looked up
synonyms for make up and ‘mix’ and
‘fix’ was two of the words that were on
the list, I thought that this goes well
with the idea of make up as you have
to mix things together, you have to fix
your make up then you are good to go
I also thought it was very catchy
name and it will be easily
remembered by the target audience.
After I have created this logo I then
went on to making a little animation
so it looks like the background was
glitter. I did this by on every other
slide I got rid of the background to
make it look like its glitter.
3. PROCESS
This is the first recording of my voice over that I have recorded, after putting it
in to Premier I realised that it was not right and that I needed to record again,
I thought that it may be a bit to rushed so I have decided to do it in stages as
this will help me recording and putting together but also the audience when
listening. Also I missed or cut words out when editing it as I have a cold and I
had silly noises in the middle of my video, when recording this I also had
people walking past me or I said wrong a I started the second part twice as
you can hear in the clip.
After I recoded the first attempt of my voice over and decided I could
improve it I then went on and changed a little bit of the script and recorded it
again. I also recorded them in little snippets so that it make it easier to edit.
I didn’t follow the script completely I added in more details where I thought it
was needed.
4. PROCESS
To start my audio production I first went on to the internet and looked for sound
effects and background music, I then downloaded these so I could then begin
to edit and put them together in Adobe Premier. I mainly used the cut tool to
edit these two sound effects together. After I had the sound clips how I wanted
them I then went on to adding in transitions to the end of one clip going into the
other this then allows the clips run smooth I then went on to changing the
volume of each clip so when I add in my voice over the sound clips wont be
too loud.
5. PROCESS
After I had re-recorded my voice over all I needed to do was put it in to
Adobe Premier and edit the voice over if it needs it e.g. cutting and moving
the voice over about.
When I have left a pause with me talking so it gives the audience to get
things write it down or even do it I have made the background music a little
louder so it fills the space.
When I was recording I said ‘medicine’ twice so when it came to editing it
sounded like it jumped, I have tried my best to smooth it out but if I edit it
anymore it won't run smooth or match up.
