4. The Joomla Bug Squad...
S invites everyone to join in.
S consists of trackers, coders and testers.
S is responsible for identifying and fixing errors in Joomla.
S is an ongoing Production Working Group.
S takes over new major releases when the beta comes out.
S creates an incubator for new Joomla developers.
S allows more people to participate in Joomla coding & testing.
