do we reflect enough on how we approach things, ourselves and others? By understanding my colleagues approaches and needs I understand better where they are coming from, and what we need to do to work as a team. How we can harness this as skills rather than creating conflict.
Everyone holds all the values, and goals. Our actions can at times be fairly divergent from our dominant values. My own conflict, no ego vs recognition. Values can change over time. Embed values in how you do things. If key values aren’t aligned, collaboration won’t be fruitful
Keep learning and enhancing your own toolkit. Practice, practice, practice. Helped me understand and appreciate challenging collaborations more.Once you start thinking about values and frames, they are everywhere. - gut
