Title: Introducing Microsoft Teams Webinars
Subtitle: Managing Microsoft Teams for Guests and External Sharing including Webinars and Events
Description: Microsoft Teams has built incredible momentum for internal meetings, but with the new Teams Webinars and Live events, there’s ways to really support large events with 1000 attendees without paying for additional marketing platforms. We’ll dive into the new Teams Webinars platform and help you understand how to setup an event as well as help you understand the new registration process and reporting capabilities. We’ll also compare and contrast the differences between Meetings, Live Events, and the new Teams Webinars. This event is sponsored by TeamsHub by Cyclotron who provide management and governance including external guests and sharing management for Microsoft Teams.

22. Limitations of the Registration Form
• You will not be able to tell if
people come to the page and
don’t fill out the form.
• No tracking for ad campaigns.
No support for pixel or HTML
snippet.
23. Considerations?
• What about external guests as speakers?
• You can enable it in your tenant or you can simply right click to make them a presenter or
individually unmute allow camera for the user if they don’t need to present slides.
• Can I control the noise of the attendees and what about video?
• You can control them both. It is off by default, but you can enable either at any time in
Meeting Options
• Do I have to use the Microsoft Registration Form?
• It’s optional to have registration. You could create your own form on alternate tech and do
delivery with Teams Webinars.
• Can I control attendance?
• Company only yes, but it’s everyone after that
• Can I do auto record?
• Yes, in meeting options. You can also record manually (default), but you do need to be in the
tenant.
24. User Voice Suggestions
• Tracking for users visiting registration page who don’t register (i.e. I
want to know if I’m losing anyone…
• I want more control in attendance without the lobby. Control
attendance on registrations. i.e. I don’t want competitors on my
insiders calls.
• More flexible registration page. Include a pixel or HTML snippet for
ad tracking, etc… A/B testing of registration page. I want to gather
more data for campaigns. Integration with Hubspot for known users
who interact with my site. -

hubspot for marketing and my ad campaigns”
