6. What is Career Focus Finder?
The Career Focus Finder® is a psychometric tool
designed on the Holland Code and validated on the
Indian population. This tool helps one chart a road map
to career from Class IX onwards by identifying the top 3
interest themes.
The test, offered in Hindi and English, is available
online and offline, with the counselling session done
offline.
Overall the CFF is a combination of interests, ability
and a counseling session. Thus providing a student
with an all round perspective into his/her career options
available.
7. Overview of Interest themes:
Realistic: I enjoy working with my hands. I would be happy doing physical
activities. I am a DO-ER.
Investigative: I am the curious and inquisitive type. I like to explore and
investigate. I enjoy using logic to analyse ideas. I am a THINKER.

Social: I enjoy taking care of problems. I am warm, friendly & understanding. I

stream & then enroll for a degree in LLB.

session for parents and students is
