Design a single dwelling unit not to exceed 1200 square feet. Staying within the grid
provided,design a single dwelling residential living environment. The grid is based on
a 4’-0” module. Work within this grid to create a residential dwelling in a cubic
form. Expand the grid to elongate to a rectangular design at various intervals. Explore
opportunities of design and shape by constructing paper models from the grid pattern
sheets provided.

Three major categories color, energy, nature. From those three different point as a
starting point of the design. In order to improve the overall environmental quality of
style and ceiling, flooring, walls, furniture and furnishings, including selected wood
floor is more suitable for a rest area, and ceramic tile, marble and other materials
used in cold living room area. For the walls sky blue, blue, green is more suitable
for rest and reflection, is more suitable for the bedroom and the den wall, while more
neutral warm yellow, beige, etc. are suitable for living room, dining area and other
daytime activities.

and brain storm, team decide to build a dance studio with fitness.

Itasha is a Japanese term for an otaku fad of individuals decorating the bodies of
their cars with fictional characters of anime, manga, or video games. These characters
are predominately “cute” female. The decorations usually involve paint schemes and
stickers.
