Background <ul><li>The subject easement is proposed on land owned by the City of Dania Beach and leased by the SFRTA. </li></ul><ul><li>Broward County Water and Wastewater Service (BCWWS) requires water service to the Dania Beach Park-N-Ride garage. </li></ul><ul><li>The easement will provide BCWWS rights to operate, maintain, repair, replace and/or add to the water and wastewater facilities. </li></ul>
