  8. 8. TECHNOLOGY AS INFORMATION VEHICLES FOR EXPLORING KNOWLEDGE TO SUPPORT LEARNING-BY-CONSTRUCTING: - For accessing needed information - For comparing perspectives , beliefs and world views
