and opinion leaders. Hanmer has considerable expertise in the financial services sector,
and a strong digital practice, with a client list that includes the CNBC TV 18 group, Tata
Sky, General Motors, and LG Electronics, with new business last year from New wins
include The Global Fund, Bharti-Axa, Deutsche Bank, Max New York Life, Sony and
BNP Paribas. A particular highlight of 2008 was the India Art Summit, organized and

2. About Paul Homes and Holmes Report:
For everyone concerned in the PR industry, the Holmes report is de-facto considered as
the benchmark; and every firm worth their salt aspires to be in the coveted list. The
Holmes Group which publishes the report was founded in 2000 by Paul Holmes, editor
and publisher, who has more than two decades of experience writing about and
evaluating the public relations business and consulting with both public relations firms
and their clients.
The selection criteria are one of the toughest and at any given point of time there are

qualitative research, analyses responses, and reports back on the criteria to identify best
practice PR companies. Based entirely on merit, The Holmes Report Card is
internationally recognised and very highly regarded. They have been producing report
cards in the US for twenty years and in Europe for five years.
