Why a Personality Attribute Assessment? <ul><li>Assessment is compared to Project Manager job profile of high performing individuals in this type of role </li></ul><ul><li>Comparisons can be aligned to Project Manager Role or Program Manager Role </li></ul><ul><li>Helps to provide assessment of individual’s personality attributes and how they compare to other high performers in that role </li></ul>
