According to Thomas Kuhn, almost evert advance in science is first a break with the tradition, the old ways of thinking or old paradigms. Example of breakings. The way we see others The Self-Fulfilled prophecy Our paradigms or perceptions about the others (and ourselves), influence the way we treat them, so, if we think someone is not able we tend to help and protect him. Worried about the failure, we may deny to that person the opportunities we give to others. Think about a person whose conduct worried you in a certain moment. Answer the question related to that person. 2)What do you believe about this person, that could limitate or stop the relationship? 3)How an non exact or non complete paradigm could influence your conduct? 4)Your paradigm and conduct to him, could be part of the problem? 5)Considering it’s possible your paradigm is non exact… How could you change your beliefs and thought about this person for a more exact reflextion of its potential?
