10. It states that GHG emissions must touch roof as soon as possible. This will be achieved through voluntary redundancy plans that countries due in February 2010. The agreement does not clarify whether to extend Kyoto, or if there will be a new treaty or when.
11. d Many heads of state and governments and environmental groups felt that nothing new came out of Copenhagen, that the signed treaty was not an ambitious or binding treaty. They know that it was at least a first step but they all were disappointed.
