for your company?
Since we are all different, it’s no surprise that CEOs are also
different, each with different characteristics, skills and traits
that can help them lead different kinds of companies. A CEO
is someone who has to adjust themselves to the company,
and should be accessible by the Human Resources
Department, because unlike the traditional concept that the
CEO is above everything and everyone, the most successful
ones work hand in hand with their team, listening to advice
and working collaboratively. It will be beneficial for both the
CEO and the Human Resources Department to understand
what types of CEOs there are and which one will be the best
fit for their company.

When a company is hiring a CEO they should be looking at
essential factors that can help identify if the CEO is right for
