41. Urban Indian Housing AICDC proposes to continue on with this national movement by creating homeownership opportunities in the Ventura Village Neighborhood and Phillips community.

It is planned that such a concentration of homeownership can give the critical mass needed to sustain “Native Identification” with the area. NACDI has identified such a valuable cultural resource in its master planning process.
