This document contains advice and quotes related to leadership. It discusses the importance of leading by example through actions, setting priorities, recognizing authority, asking questions, and taking initiative. It also notes that leadership by example can be good or bad depending on the leaders and constituents. Effective leadership also requires knowing how to listen, admit mistakes, value others' strengths, accept weaknesses, work within one's capacities, and love one's work and members.
