Position Summary
 The main aim of the 2nd Line IT Systems Engineer is to provide supporting activities
and routines expertise related to software base, operating systems, IP networking, backup
management, monitoring and capacity planning.
 Incident management related to software base (Level 2)
 Incident management related to operating systems, DB and IP networking (Level 2)
 Problem management for software base and infrastructure
 Provides technological services within the scope of his/her responsibility (Linux
servers, and Oracle DB server). At least user level.
 Define and implement monitoring rules, standard and ad-hoc
 Apply Atos standards for IT Support (monitoring, backup, etc.).
 IT systems management within his/her scope of responsibility
 Software base initial installation and upgrades on servers (application servers,
database servers, operating systems, webservers, commercial packages, etc.).
 IT Support SPOC (Single Point of Contact) in projects
 Executes migration plans according to the definitions provided by the architecture
team
 Interface with the customer in problem solving and consulting
 IT security policies deployment
 Creates reports for the projects
 Testing resolved incidents and reporting results
To be suitable for the role effective communication in English is required.

other parts of Poland. Traveling to West EU countries for couple of weeks in a year can be
