Regional programmes e.g. SWRIEP and also identifying learning needs with ESW to shape their training programmes. Working collaboratively in the region does cut down on resources and therefore saves public money – fewer people ‘reinventing the wheel’, less need to travel to London for conferences; reduces need for costly development/training. Meercats looking out for predators – one of us spots something, we can share that with the others!
