• Photocopying is the process that utilizes

thermoplastic facsimile image by heat and
pressure fusing through electrostatic charges
onto acid free permanent paper.

negative and duplicating master negative for
original or vintage black and white
photographic prints.
• Allow users to browse the collections without
handling the originals and ensuring the safety of
the original materials.

• Digitization is creating a digital copy for the
archival materials.
• It is the process of transferring the records or
information into an electronic form.
• When digitizing the materials it is very
important to be well planned and the records
carefully prepared, identified and authenticated
to ensure a usable and legally admissible
outcome.

12. CONCLUSION
Content preservation seems to be very
important in records management field. It is
because the main things that we are concern
about in records preservation is the content of
the records which could contribute to some
important event towards our country. However,
those ways need to be handle by the one who
experts with the right procedures and process in
order to produce a quality product.
