4. Criterion A: Initial Investigation
Suggested Structure:
• Paragraph 1: Clearly identify the client, their
organisation, their current system, and the
problem(s) they have.
• Paragraph 2: Clearly explain the problem(s) with
their current system by making clear reference
to the interview (use short quotes).
