As we transition into a new year and begin to move into 2017, I think it is always of value
to spend some time reflecting upon where we’ve been. As I reflect on the past year,
the common denominator that seems to be interwoven throughout is the strength of our
relationships. My favorite philosopher once wrote, “Without people, you’re nothing.”
I feel very fortunate and proud knowing that most of our clients and business partners
consider Iridian to be an extension of their organization. We consider it a privilege to be
in relationships where our partners have such a high level of trust in us that we are granted
a “behind the scenes” look into their organizations. We do not take this for granted and
work daily to make sure we are doing all we can to bring our partners success.

LOYOLA SCHOLARS IDENTITY & BROCHURE
Nurturing gifts of the mind and spirit, Loyola Scholars is an academic and leadership acheivement program that strives to form
young men of Faith, Scholarship, Leadership and Service. The goal for this project was to create an identity for the program that
would truly reflect that mission. Several symbols combine to form an academic crest that symbolizes the doors open to all students.
The brochure was created with a unique z-fold that allows the piece to be read, in full, in both Spanish and English depending
upon the direction that it is handed to the viewer.

MEGAN SALLEY / Director of Communications
Megan joined us in April 2016. As Director of Communications, Megan brings a diverse
array of skills in the areas of public relations, digital marketing, and content creation. After
earning her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Luther College, Megan began her
career as a newspaper reporter and editor, she later branched out into marketing roles
for non-profit and start-up organizations. Megan also brings invaluable resources to the
Iridian team including event planning, crisis management, and community outreach.

Throughout 2016, we have been working closely with RTG
Medical Staffing Solutions to update and refresh their brand.
With agreed upon strategic goals in mind, we revamped their
messaging both on and offline, shifting the focus to the good
that RTG Medical does within their industry. Beginning with
a new website design that launched November 2nd, we’re
continuing to work towards refreshing all of their branding
materials to better reflect the demographic they serve.

Longtime client Interiors Joan &
Associates chose 2016 to update
their web presence. The goals of the
redesign were to showcase Interiors
Joan & Associates’ award-winning
interior design services, tout their
two studio showroom locations, and
make the case for why one should
hire an interior designer. These goals
were accomplished by creating an
extremely visual, multi-page site that
truly allows the finished rooms to
shine in a full-screen gallery.
Once the new site went live, we were
able to use social media to promote
it by sharing images and directing
traffic to the new full-screen gallery.
Resulting in a dramatic increase in
traffic on their project pages.

BRAND REFRESH
Throughout the past year, we have been working closely with
Imperial Wagyu Beef to update and refresh their branding
materials. Through regular meetings, we were able to identify
the goals and vision for the brand moving forward, and have
begun to work towards implementing a fresher and more
natural look. Care has been taken to inform consumers as
to why Imperial Wagyu Beef is the ultimate choice.
The custom photography features dimensional shots with
natural lighting and minimal accessories that help to set the
scene and bring out the colors within the beef. All collateral
materials are light and fresh, and are accompanied by icons
that educate consumers on Imperial Wagyu Beef’s farm-to-
table production processes.

Our team had the privilege of attending Imperial
Wagyu Beef’s annual behind-the-scenes event.
Each year they invite customers and friends to
tour a local farm and learn about their produc-
tion processes. After the farm tour, they hosted a
delicious five-course Wagyu beef dinner.

benefiting Heartland Family Services.

The goal of this brochure was to
create an engaging piece that would
inform IT managers about the new
IBM product line.
We accomplished this by creating
a flat piece with multiple cuts and
folds that allows information to be
presented on four panels. The unique
folding and bright colors keep the
recipient engaged in a piece that’s
tough to put down.

Think Wagyu and Cassem, Tierney, Adams, Gotch & Douglas Web Designs
THINK WAGYU CASSEM, TIERNEY, ADAMS,
GOTCH & DOUGLASThe primary goal of this website was to present
Think Wagyu as the premium choice in beef, with
a secondary goal of educating consumers on
the product in a way that feels relatable and not
intimidating to the home chef. This was accomplished
with a site site that uses dark, rich tones and large
product photos that allow the quality of the product to
shine through and sell itself.
The goals of this website were to educate clients about
the firm and their practice areas, and to make finding
the right lawyer simple. This was accomplished by
creating a special tab to filter through all practice
areas. Each practice area identifies the lawyers with
quick and easy links to their bios.
