  2. 2. Summary Main objective: to identify symergies and complementaries between Conditional Cash Transfers (CCT) and Rural Develpoment Projects (RD). Outcomes of interest: income, access to financial markets, women empowerment, economic assets. To the impact evaluation use mixed methods. CCT+Food Security (subsistence families) CCT+Value chains (small and medium commercial farmers) Final sample 1301 households in four comparison groups: A(CCT+RD), C(RD), AC(CCT+RD), BC(CCT) Quantitative evidencie of positive impacts of CCT+RD on outcomes
