Positive aspects of your proposal
i.e.What your proposal provides/offers.
How your proposal responds to the critical issues of
the situation and takes advantage of the positive
aspects of the situation.
To identify the positive and negative aspects of a situation consider for
example if you have or you don’t have infrastructures, accessibility,
services, target groups, stakeholders, potential grants/economic resources
(including volunteers), similar successful examples, current projects,
experiences/competences…

Positive aspects Negative aspects
Risk managementYour proposal (objectives, activities, budget…)
Potential negative aspects of your proposal (risks)
i.e. role of the competitors, potential negative impact
of your project (on the community, the environment,
the other businesses…), difficulties in sustaining the
project (budget, number of people, flows…)
An excellent proposal should address and consider
how to manage the potential risks.
