The initial activity involved the construction of snail farms and snail farming counseling. Through years of hard work, we have developed an extended network of snail farms throughout Greece, which we technically support. The next business step of our company is the development of complementary activity such as snail processing and packaging. Our company which is based on the island of Crete, created an exceptional snail processing plant. Our scope is to purchase snails from Greek farmers and produce snail based products of premium quality and taste. We have developed cooperation with highly skilled professionals of the food processing sector such as Food Scientists, Chefs and Marketers aiming to the best customer satisfaction. Taking under consideration the modern market needs for nutritional and balanced diet in combination with tradition, we produce innovative snail based products based on traditional recipes and raw material. We produce 4 products 1. “ORI”. Snail fillet cooked in extra virgin olive oil with parsley, garlic, pepper and salt. 2. “EDA”. Snail fillet cooked in extra virgin olive oil with white wine, thyme, lemon juice, pepper and salt. 3. “KORFI”. Snail fillet cooked in extra virgin olive oil, plain. 4. “ARISMARI”. Snail fillet cooked in extra virgin olive oil with rosemary and vinegar. Packaging: Glass jar, net weight 85g. Carton box containing 36 pieces. 144 carton boxes pallet. Preservation Conditions: It is suggested that all products are stored at a dry-shady and cool place. Keep refrigerated (4-6 οC) after opening for no more than 3 days. Self-Life: It is suggested that the product should be consumed within 12 months from the production date. Provided that it is stored under the right conditions. Uses-Serving suggestions: The product is addressed to the wide public. It may be served as is, in salads or it can be cooked with sauces etc.

We produce 3 products 1. “HELIX”. Cooked snail fillet with extra virgin olive oil, placed in sterilized snail shell, with milk butter, parsley, garlic, onions, pepper and salt. 2. “NAMI”. Cooked snail fillet with extra virgin olive oil, placed in bouchees, with milk butter, graviera hard cheese, milk cream, parsley and mint. 3. “METOCHI”. Cooked snail fillet with extra virgin olive oil, placed in choux, with milk butter, parsley, garlic, onions, pepper and salt. Packaging: Plastic tray ready to bake oven (c-pet type) containing 12 pieces. Carton box containing 30 trays. 60 Carton boxes pallet. Preservation Conditions: Freezer stored (-18 οC). If de-frozen, must be baked and consumed. Self-Life: It is suggested that the product should be consumed within18 months from the production date. Provided that it is stored under the right conditions. Uses-Serving suggestions: The product is addressed to the wide public. Oven bake, preferably directly from the freezer, without de-freezing the product. Remove plastic cover from the tray and bake into preheated oven at 180 οC for approximately 15’. Serve as is or on a plate.
