(57) Abstract :
This invention relates to Cottonseed dryer which is useful in the oil mill, delinting and other cottonseed related industries for drying of
cottonseeds. The cottonseeds are having heterogeneous property with very fuzzy characteristics. The cottonseed is dried and cleaned
in a continuous process without denaturalization of its property. The cottonseed is dried and cleaned by providing a continuous flow of
hot air with the certain temperature, with specific velocity and a retention time by passing it over a thin air permeable belt through hot
air distribution slits. The spike rollers provided at intermittent level, helps in avoiding piping formation and for maximum surface
exposure of cottonseeds with hot air blown. The temperature, feeder and retention time is controlled by electrical control panel board.
The operation is continuous and the drying is done by the following all methods simultaneously: 1. Oven drying, 2. Surface drying, 3.
drying by the air passing through the bed thickness.

Buffer Status Reporting for relay nodes in Relay Assisted Cellular Networks. The embodiments herein relate to cellular networks and,
more particularly, to a relay node based architecture in cellular networks. An embodiment herein provides a method of conveying
buffer requirements of all the User Equipments connected to the Base Station via the associated Relay Node. The reserved bits of the
MAC PDU sub header are used to distinguish between the reported buffer values that exceed the predetermined thresholds of the
buffer sizes. The embodiments herein allows buffer state information to be distinctly conveyed from RN to BS of the users associated
with RN and RN itself even when the reported buffer value exceeds the predetermined threshold.

Combined Buffer Status and Channel Condition Reporting in Relay Assisted Cellular Networks. This invention relates to relay-
assisted cellular networks, and more particularly to combined buffer status and channel condition reporting from indirect users (users
associated to Base Station (BS) via Relay Node (RN)) to BS in relay-assisted cellular networks. Embodiments herein disclose a buffer
status reporting scheme to convey the buffer status and channel conditions from indirect UEs to BS via RN by computing BSR to be
sent to the BS using buffer lengths corresponding to indirect UEs, channel condition of UE-RN access link and channel condition of
RN-BS backhaul link. Therefore, when this information is conveyed to the BS, it provides buffer information of indirect UEs and
channel condition of the access link.

(57) Abstract :
This invention is a service that can help in tracking and finding almost all lost or stolen electronic items like Television sets, digital
cameras, laptops and even vehicles. The service is very convenient and simple. This service requires integration of a special circuit
within the main circuit of the electronic item at the manufacturing stage itself. The special circuit works as a key in the entire
electronic devices circuit, which implies that if any component of the circuit is removed (which helps in the tracking of the item), the
main circuit is opened and the electronic item seizes to function. This service provides a whole new system of tracking a lost or stolen
item in real time. The owner of the electronic item having the SWARA service, will just have to place a call or send a message to a
toll-free 247 number and he will be informed about the location of his item in the form of an address. This service would cost a small
annual investment, and the electronic is insured for the rest of the year.

(57) Abstract :
Radiation protection concept and philosophy is in news over the past several decades. The inadvertent exposure of human being from
various sources including the planned radiotherapy for the treatment of cancer causes ionization of molecules setting of potentially
damaging reactions via free radical production affecting the homeostasis of cells and causing deleterious effects. Despite extensive
screening of several synthetic compounds for radioprotective activity, no single compounds has been emerged as a good
radioprotector which can be used with minimum side effects. Single plant extracts and purified phytochemicals are studied for their
radioprotective property. We have utilized a polyherbal formulation PRA-5 ( 80 % hydroalchoholic extract of leaves of W. somnifera,
stem of T. cardifollia, pulp of T. belerica, tuber of C.longa and leaves of O.sanctum in equal proportion ) based on the concept of
synergetic action of polychemical/s on individual and mixture of extracts exerting their effect on the principle of polypharmacy to
evaluate the radioprotective property in juice exposed to gamma radiation. The radioprotective effects were observed in both in vitro
and in vivo. For in vivo experiments of antioxidant activity was noted using various models, plasmid DNA and lymphocyte comet
assay. Radioprotective effect was confirmed by using various hematological, immunological histological and biochemical parameters
in mice exposed to radiations. Additionally antimicrobial and plasmid curing action of multiple drug resistance bacteria was also
noted. The results were subjected to statistical analysis proving significant radioprotective action of PRA-5.

(57) Abstract :
Vehicles climbing on a gradient tend to roll down, when sufficient power from the engine is not transmitted through the clutch to rest
of automobile transmission system. Clutch has to be disengaged, whenever driver needs to shift gears. As long as clutch is not fully
engaged, the shaft from the clutch hub (clutch shaft) can rotate in a direction which is opposite to the direction of rotation of engine
flywheel. The new invention is a mechanism that shall be employed to prevent clutch shaft from rotating in a direction opposite to the
direction of rotation of engine flywheel. The mechanism can be engaged or disengaged by the operation of an electric switch. In case
if the mechanism malfunctions or if the driver fails to switch it off, the movement of vehicle in the desired direction will never be
adversely affected. The invention consists of a set of stoppers & electromagnets arranged circumferentially on the outer periphery of
the clutch shaft or the transmission output shaft. The stoppers are held back by springs in their respective casings. When there is a
possibility of vehicle rolling down, electromagnets are energized by the driver through an electric switch. Magnets attract the stoppers
to move forward & mesh with a profile created on the surface of clutch shaft. This will prevent clutch shaft from rotating in a direction
opposite to the direction of rotation of engine flywheel. The stoppers & profile on the clutch shaft are designed such that they do not
obstruct the rotation of clutch shaft in the direction of rotation of crank shaft. As soon as it is not required, the mechanism can be
switched off.

(57) Abstract :
An apparatus, system and methods that on the one hand, maximise work done by gravity, by allowing free fall of an object with a
heavy mass to harness energy and output therefrom, and on the other, maximises efficiency by counterbalancing this heavy mass by
another similar mass such that only the net difference of the said two masses needs to be worked upon by input power mechanisms in
order to lift the fallen object back up to its original position, along the direction of gravity or otherwise, to repeat the cycle. A plurality
of such units are employed in synchronised tandem to maintain a steady RPM of the gear/fly wheel/shaft connecting a high output
generator. Still further, auxiliary energy generation mechanisms to further augment efficiency of the system are disclosed.

(57) Abstract :
For controlling the quantity of the exhaust gas to be recirculated in a combustion engine the exhaust gas recirculation valve (10) is
driven in dependence on the position of the throttle flap. This control process can be realized by a mechanical coupling between the
exhaust gas recirculation valve (10) and the throttle flap unit in a motion-dependet manner, wherein, in a first phase, the throttle flap is
kept in a position wherein the flow passage cross section is minimized, while the flow passage cross section of the exhaust gas
recirculation valve is kept at its maximum.
