SYSTEM DETAILS:
INNODRIVE can be easily client customised with any required auxiliary equipment to suit, such as: Lay Tensioner, Level winder,
Control Room, Load Cell System. The flexible design characteristics of INNODRIVE system allow the units to operate from a
variety of vessel types and sizes so improving operational flexibility and multiple-reel installation capability all in a safe, fast and
economical manner.
INNODRIVE is operated by an automatic system and it is DNV, LR and RINA certified. Both the systems can be used for either
product laying or retrieval and is operated from its control system monitored constantly by a programmable logic controller (PLC)
that guarantees reliability and excellent system performance. There are two operating modes: Master or Slave. When operating
in “Master” mode the system manages the product pulling load by a closed loop utilising a load cell. When operated in “Slave”
mode the system feeds a laying tensioner ensuring the product remains ‘slack’ between the reel and the tensioner.
INNODRIVE is a robust design manufactured from S355 grade carbon steel with sufficient structural resistance to operate to -
20°C. Designed to distribute evenly the weight and loads onto the vessel deck.
The whole INNODRIVE system was designed to be easily transportable by sea or road in standard open-topped containers to
anywhere in the world and even the highest drive towers, which are 9.0 m high, can be assembled or dismantled in one working
day. This key feature avoids the need of having to bring a vessel to collect the systems and reduce significantly any mobilization
or demobilization time.

SYSTEM DETAILS:
INNOREEL has a product capacity of up to 500mT and for mobilization/demobilization the Reel’s dedicated Lifting Spreader
Bar is supplied to lift the complete system with product up to product and unit weight of 550mT. The reel assembly consists of
an inner hub unit that interfaces to the power drive unit for the deployment of the power cable reel. This manufacture is able
to operate to -20°C.
Adaptability, INNOREEL is perfectly suitable for any short or long term product storage requirement prior to installation
operations, which can be later performed directly from this reel itself once it is mounted to one of INNOVO’s Powered Drive
Systems.
Certification and testing shall be in accordance to DNV, LR and RINA certification. Along with INNOREEL, an operating system
with a full turnkey package can be provided to include pipe handling equipment: tensioners, straighteners, clamps, aligners,
rollers and monitoring equipment.

SYSTEM DETAILS:
INNOFLOAT is a boxed shaped floating element specifically designed to be assembled, once place on water, into larger systems of
variable shapes and dimensions. Each INNOFLOAT is designed to be easily transportable to site, handled by low tonnage crane
and assembled without any delay.
INNOLFIT provides the lifting system for INNOVO’s Modular Jack-up, this is comprised by 4 off lifting modules (legs), where each
leg would have the lifting capacity of either 500mt/each or 250mt/each depending on the required configuration.
Special Jack-up’s feet can be installed to suit a variety of seabed terrains (rocky, sandy, etc). A back-up system is also available to
enable a foot to get disconnected from the Jack-up leg if leg movement becomes restricted by existing soil conditions.
A patented manual/semi-automatic/automatic scenario based on input signal data that is constantly monitored by a
programmable logic controller (PLC), guarantees reliability and significant lifting speeds.
The modular Jack-up can be self propelled by adequate outboard motors or it can be tug assisted. Both Jack-up’s modular

• Single elements are easily transportable so they can be transferred on site by trucks, placed in water and then assembled.
• The pontoon can be self propelled by relevant outboard motors or can be moved using winches.

SYSTEM DETAILS:
The INNOTABLE 2000 can be divided into an inner and outer partition in which two cables can be loaded independently if
required.
Rotating Table, robust design manufactured from S344 grade carbon steel with sufficient structural resistance to operate to -
20°C. Cable outer holding is ensured by modular fences, designed for easy handling and to facilitate mounting/dismounting
operations. Cable inner holding is manufactured from adequately re-enforced bent plate with the option of the last portion being
conical to suit Client requirements. The table bottom is covered by robust wooden segments to ensure an optimum flat surface
for cable positioning.
Motorized Drive Units, composed by two electrical motors complete with heater and anti-corrosion system mounted on the
Turntable foundation for rapid mobilization/demobilization. The Emergency Breaking System is designed to be installed either to
break between Electrical Motor and Gearboxes, or directly on Rotating Table bottom.
Foundation, robust design manufactured from S355 grade carbon steel with sufficient structural resistance to operate to -20°C.
Designed to distribute evenly the weight and loads of the Turntable onto the vessel deck. Foundation beams designed to be sea-
fastened to the vessel deck by robust dedicated brackets. Foundation saddles are designed to allow the Motorized Drive Units to
be adjusted as well as easily accessible and controllable.
