9. Museum education method can be used prior to beginning of
timeline activity.
What is Museum Education Method?
• It can be defined as providing continuous instruction to all
groups of the society by taking into consideration museums
and also via museums.
• Generally, museum education includes the effective use of
museums as many sided learning depending on experiences
and living environments in basic education and lifelong
education process.

10. Via Museum Education;
Students can acquire comprehension on production
of innovative and authentic ideas by establishing
relation with the works in the collection and
materials in the museum with their own.
They show respect both their cultures and other
cultures and also they can accept them more
foresightedly.
They can use their cognitive, affective and
psychomotor domain skills and express themselves
more easily within groups.

22. Ancyra's importance rested on the fact was that it was the
junction point where the roads in northern Anatolia running
north-south and east-west intersected. The great imperial
road running east passed through Ankara and a succession
of emperors and their armies came this way.
The city was conquered by Augustus in 25 BC and passed
under the control of the Roman Empire.
There are many attractions related to Roman period in
Ankara.
