This is just to close the loop on our conversation about Phil. Phil has been an outstanding contributor to
the MMIT initiative across 3 key components (ABLM, FTM and MMTHDB). Each of these has
progressed through innumerable challenges and Phil's driving approach and results-focus have been
critically important to gaining consensus and making progress.
In my opinion, Phil's work has been far beyond the level expected of a BSA and I would appreciate you
