Your rights are extremely limited. They also only need to offer FMLA if the company is large enough-
I believe it has to be 100 employees. If you were so sick that the Doctor ordered you to bed rest,
then I believe you could qualify to start your unpaid 12 weeks of zofran lawsuit commercial FMLA,
although that will eat up your maternity leave. Otherwise, you can be fired for sick time in any state
in the union, pregnant or not. So if your company is small, they dont have to give you any time off at
all, for sickness or maternity leave.
