People often misconstrue what user experience really is. Is it just the way a user interacts with a product? Does it include the way it looks and feels?

Too often the lack of knowledge surrounding this topic leads to an incomplete or failed product. In my talk, I take you through my journey at a "fine" italian restaurant, and use my experience to explain how to make your product an all encompassing one for your users.
