 TCs have scheduled meetings at both Winter and Annual Conferences (free and open)

– Requested to help for a day of session monitoring
– Operate lights, and assist AV for the speakers
– Scan badges, and monitor admissions
– Assure that the program runs as smoothly as
possible
– Report any problems to Day Captain for
resolution
