This brief ppt gives an idea of the Skills 3.0 or DEAP project that I am currently co-working on (me for the educational part) together with my other great InnoEnergy colleagues. The project combines the emergence of skills and competencies identified through a Human Resource oriented AI (screening industry road maps), analyzing engineering resumes and answering the resulting skills gap to an adaptive learning path by reusing learning elements in an 'intelligent way’.

  8. 8. www.innoenergy.com AI and risks to inclusivity The AI is (currently) fed with European Industry reports, and screening European CV’s.  It starts to recognize the engineers who fit the profiles of the emerging skills gap  BUT! If a resume with equal competencies/skills but different use of concepts is used => those profiles do not rank as high in the Mix and Match outcomes (profile matching)  Actively welcoming CVs from engineers educated around the globe, to ensure a more balanced matching of the skills gap. 8
