SAIL Project Overview Technical Areas & Socio-Economic Impact

The SAIL project is a 30-month European Union funded project with 25 partners and a budget of 12.4 million euros. The project focuses on cloud networking, network of information, and open connectivity to efficiently use multi-path, multi-protocol, and multi-layer networking over any fixed and mobile networks. The project also examines socio-economic trends and how they may impact future networks, business models, and regulatory policies related to network technology.
