10. Key qualifications:
I joined UNIVERSAL Group since 2006. My main areas of responsibilities in
UNIVERSAL Group lie in planning, directing and controlling the Group's activities
and operations, I am also responsible for their complete range of manufacturing
activities, in terms of monitoring the factories activities, ensuring the achievement of
their objectives, presetting their plans, analyzing the variances in the budgets and
hence deciding the suitable corrective action. Throughout my management I am keen
to apply the principles of "MBO" – Management by Objectives", in order to ensure
the effectiveness and reliability of the results that I am achieving.
I am also managing the Group projects. My main duties are colleting the necessary
data for any new project, expanding existing production lines and discontinuing
operation for any non-thriving Group activities. As Projects Manager, within my

Prior to UNIVERSAL Group I was the Vice Chairman of HEDO Group. My
significant responsibilities in HEDO Group were in directing the capital investment
for the group, in the process managing all decision making processes for the many
areas such as: finance, sales, marketing, legal affairs and administrative. My prior
aim was working with the Chairman of the Group to ensure a system is in place
which ensures that all major risks of the group are identified and analyzed, on a
periodic basis. I also was required to provide the Chairman with opinion on strategic
decisions for the group.
I was also responsible for the Industrial Gases Company (IGC) acting as the
Executive General Manager and Deputy Chairman, for the company from Q3 2003
until Q1 2006. I took over IGC when it was suffering innumerable losses and
managed to achieve 6 times profitability by 4Q 2004. The project continued to show
profitability throughout 2005 and 2006 by applying my experienced skills of
industrial project management.
