5. A fully automatic vertical form fill & seal machine suitable for packing shampoo, Cosmetic creams, Bath and massage
oils, Jam, sauces, Shampoos, Hair oils, Liquid detergent, liquid hair dye, Lubrication oils, Soya Oil, Edible Oil, Syrup,
Milk free flowing liquid milk, butter milk, flavored milk, Ketchup, Liquid soap and many more, in the small volume
range from 2 ml to 200 ml. Ideal for packaging these products for single-serve use for hotels, airlines, restaurants and
fast food outlets, and for products to be sold through dispensing machines.

with this we can fill all kinds of sticky powder like: - Besan, Maida, Milk powder, Spices, Henna, Coffee Powder,
Detergent Powder, Sticky medicated powders & many more.

8. Collar type Automatic Pouch Packing Machines fitted with Multi Head Weigher are used to pack potato chips, Namkeen,
Kurkure, other snack food, dry fruits, candies etc.
The Collar type multi had Machine is vertical electro-pneumatic
packaging machine. This machine automatically forms a pouch, fills it
with a product and then seals and then separates the "filled and sealed
Pouch". The WEIGHER is suitable for all kinds of snack Foods, dry
fruit etc. This machine can be synchronized with any multi food
weighing system and can pack the products in centre sealed pouches.
It uses a single roll of packing film The Machine is fitted with Collar
Type Former Pipe unit that; convert flat packing film into vertically
sealed tube; which is ultimately converted in to filled & sealed
pouches. Horizontal Sealers act like opening & closing jaws to carry
out horizontal sealing. The CTAPP Machine can make Central Sealed
Pouches only. The machines require supply of compressed air.
