Learning Through EDTECH 1 and
EDTECH 2
There are many
reasons why educational
technology is very important.
There is a purpose why
educational technology is
taught in schools. Because
educational technology 1 and
2 wants the student to know
what is the use and how to use
the instructional media in
relation to education/teaching.
A future educator must
know the know the right use
of instructional medias so that
the computer will never
replace the teacher. The
teacher must be the one who
will manipulate the computer,
it is just a material that will
help the teacher and the
student to be more connected
to one another.
The technology will also help the
teacher to easily give chances to the students
that can excel in class by applying
medias/computers in their learning process.
There are instances that student is actively
participating in the class when they are
engage in using technology. In other words,
the technology has a big role in the field of
learning
The Student After EDTECH
Today, the students are
called the 21st century
learners. When we say 21st
century learners the students
are living in a modern world
who are using end
encountered technology in
their everyday life. They are
individuals that can use
technologies in good way to
have a better learning.
The 21st century learners are able to:
• apply technology to their lives
effectively, in a way they can use it to
learn better.
• what is the importance of
educational technology
• know what is the purpose of the
educational technology
• make instructional material that is
connected to a particular topic
• know the right way of using
technology
• know the limitations of using
technology

  • 4. My name is Marife M. Hiramis. I was born on March 28, 1996. 19 years of age. Currently residing at Poblacion West Moalboal, Cebu.
  • 5. I'm a third year student taking up Bachelor in Elementary Education at Cebu Technological University Moalboal Campus Moalboal, Cebu
  • 7. Educational Technology  It is consists of the design and environment that engage learners and reliable techniques and method engaging critical skills.
  • 8. Educational Technology  It is a field study which is concern with the practice of using educational methods and resources.
  • 9. Technology in Education Instructional Technology It one of the terms associated with educational technology. It is a application of technology to any of those processes involved operating the instructions which house the educational enterprise - It is a part of educational technology which refers to those aspects of educational technology that are concerned with instructions as constructed to designs and operations of educational institution.
  • 10. Technology Integration Educational Media .  It means using learning technologies to introduce, reinforce, supplement and extend skills.  It can provide opportunities to respond to instructional issues/problem These are channel or avenues or instrument of communication.
  • 11. Technology: BOON OR BANE? “Technology is in our hands. We can use it to build or destroy” Boon - We can say technology boon when it is being utilized to give advantage to others. Bane - And we can say technology is bane when it become curse to education.

Reading, Writhing, Playing, Baking, Dancing, etc. 4. Selecting Materials, Equipment and Facilities ( SMEF)  Selecting the appropriate materials, equipment and even facilities you will use in achieving your objective. Selecting the best instruction materials to achieved the best learning outcome.
  • 24. 5. Assign Personnel Roles (APR) 6. Implement The Instruction (ITI)  Assigning or delegating task to the person in charge to help you meet your objective.  Application of all the things you planned and prepared in order to meet your objective. Engaging with the students Lesson proper
  • 25. 7. Evaluate Outcomes (EO)  Evaluating the outcome of the discussion for us to know if our object is achieved or not.  It can be written evaluation or oral evaluation. 8. Refine the process (RP) It is a process where in if the student passed then evaluation and you achieve d your objective then you can proceed to the new lesson and if the objective is not met or achieved then you will again go back to the process.

  • 28. Learning Through EDTECH 1 and EDTECH 2 There are many reasons why educational technology is very important. There is a purpose why educational technology is taught in schools. Because educational technology 1 and 2 wants the student to know what is the use and how to use the instructional media in relation to education/teaching. A future educator must know the know the right use of instructional medias so that the computer will never replace the teacher. The teacher must be the one who will manipulate the computer, it is just a material that will help the teacher and the student to be more connected to one another.
  • 29. The technology will also help the teacher to easily give chances to the students that can excel in class by applying medias/computers in their learning process. There are instances that student is actively participating in the class when they are engage in using technology. In other words, the technology has a big role in the field of learning
  • 30. The Student After EDTECH Today, the students are called the 21st century learners. When we say 21st century learners the students are living in a modern world who are using end encountered technology in their everyday life. They are individuals that can use technologies in good way to have a better learning. The 21st century learners are able to: • apply technology to their lives effectively, in a way they can use it to learn better. • what is the importance of educational technology • know what is the purpose of the educational technology • make instructional material that is connected to a particular topic • know the right way of using technology • know the limitations of using technology
