Future Action on 113 Properties:
 As gotten approved from Cabinet & CM, Tourism Value Survey being
carried out
 Resultantly, some properties will be returned to Departments
 Others found feasible will be converted into touristic purposes

Camping Pods
 The TCKP under ADP Scheme established initially five camping pod sites, in
2016-17 (Pak made-Fiber glass – 44 Pods)
 Subsequently five new sites are recently established through UNDP (Imported
– Wood made – 50 Pods) with 10-years warranty.
 MoU for Phase-II-A (Five Sites) is signed with UNDP to survey, import & install
camping Pods (Turn key basis) at sites approved by CM.
 Five additional sites approves by CM later for Phase-II-B (Total10 sites).
 Survey for Phase II-A is in progress and will be completed till end Nov 2021

Issues in Camping Pods Outsourcing
 Project is already in public private partnership (PPP) mode. The investment of private
party is their land for which they get monthly rent and job for 2/3 attendants.
 The leases agreement with Governments entities or Authority expired and required
renewal after negotiation.
 The life span of camping Pods (Phase-1A) was only 10 year - Only 5-2 years
remaining.
 The Executing agency signed MoUs with Private Parties (on white paper) instead of
Lease agreement on stamp paper which even not registered thus made that
arrangement is legally & very weak which does not provide protection.

Event held in connection with World Women Day celebration
by Government of KP.

International Boxing
• Flyweight Asian Gold Medalist Usman Wazir
with Directorate General Sports held International
Boxing event.
• International Boxers from Afghanistan, Pakistan
& Iran took part.

• A total of 510 matches will be played at 69 venues
in 35 districts across KP.
• Over 4,000 players and 276 teams will participate
in 510 30-over matches in the tournament.
• The age criterion for the selection of players in the
tournament is that players be born on or after
August 14, 2005.
