Working pattern Shift work – is where people who have their business open 24 hr and there employee works the same shift consistently, its usually better for the employee as their body clock can get used to it, if you don’t work different time than last week then your going to be mentally and physically tired. Fixed term – fixed term contract is a short term work that ends in a specific day, this will be a good example if a women is on maternity leave. Freelance – is where you are self employed and you don’t work for no one else (you are your own boss). This is common in these type of field: filmmaking, editing, web design etc.
