• 4 Creations was established on 3 March, 2003.
• The Production Facility covers areas over 18000 Sq. Feet.
• 4 Creations work closely with their clients to ensure that the products
meet client’s standards.

German customer since 2010.

13. STATEMENT OF PROBLEM:
“4 Creations Pvt Ltd does not have a dedicated and recognised marketing department”
METHODOLOGY:
The methodology adopted is known as Fish bone technique or cause and effect diagram Ishikawa
diagrams (also called fishbone diagrams, cause-and-effect diagrams) are causal diagrams created
by Kaoru Ishikawa (1968) that show the causes of a specific event.
ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION OF THE PROBLEM:
Focus on the Customer: Marketers can spend time listening to their customers (and prospective
customers) in order to understand their needs and wants regarding a particular product or service.
Monitor the Competition: Learning about, and understanding the competitive landscape is also an
important function of the Marketing Department.
Brand Building: The perceptions and feelings formed about an organization, its products / services,
and its performance is what is known as its “brand.”
14. Findings
4 Creations Pvt Ltd have introduced good labor welfare facilities which
care the needs of workers.
There is well maintained attendance register and the workers are aware
of the importance of efficient work.
There is a formal and official way of absenting from work even for an
hour which helps their employers to have their leave.
Merchandising department mediates between the departments.
Sometimes, merchandising department will have to do costing and
pricing also.
15. Suggestions:
The company has to install the new technology in terms of Software
application programs packages for faster and better productivity.
The organization has to provide more motivational offer to the employees that
enhance the productivity of the organization.
Management has to develop the specific program like disciplinary action and
positive reinforcement.
Training with respect technical and non-technical aspects at any time is always
an add-on to the knowledge development.
Proper Management style must be maintained to all the employees in order to
maintain reporting management styles to avoid confusions of multiple
reporting.
16. Conclusion:
The Textile industry in India traditionally after agriculture is the
only industry that has generated huge employment for both skilled
and unskilled labor in textiles.
Looking from its commanding height, 4 Creations Pvt Ltd sees
exciting things happening today in the field of apparels and like any
young adventure, it is eager and ready to cover new terrain.
Though I had a very short tag in the organization, I had a great
experience meeting people across all the departments.
