Bone cancer is a malignant tumor that grows in bones and kills healthy cells. Symptoms include swelling, weakened bones, severe pain, and weight loss. Treatment involves surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and cryosurgery, with surgery usually being effective but follow ups are needed. Spinal bifida can range from occulta, which has no effect on the spinal cord, to myelomeningocele, the most severe form where the spinal cord and back are affected.
