St
s The history of A.S.G.begins in 1987 with the concept and introduction
of A dvanced S earch G roup, Inc.
s A.S.G. was developed to provide national clients with a more
professional and personal approach to the typical search experience.
s In 1995, the introduction of A.S.G. Staffing, Inc. expanded it’s scope
to serve local clients in the traditional temporary help market, primarily
focused on the industrial sector.
Since it’s introduction, A.S.G. Staffing contributed significantly to our
organizational development.
s In May of 2000, our original company, Advanced Search Group was
divested and is now owned and operated by a former key employee.
Although now separate corporations, we still work very closely with
them on direct hire professional positions.
s We still utilize many “Professional Search” techniques in the process of
recruiting and assigning of our temporary workforce.

s Regional Independent Firms VS
National Accounts (Master Vendor Agreements)
s Recently an independent survey of manufacturing clients was
conducted for National Personnel Associates, an international
trade organization for the staffing industry.
s The findings clearly indicate that without exception, the hiring
managers surveyed strongly prefer working with a trusted
locally owned provider over a franchise or large national firm.
s While pricing is always a factor, most clients cited quality of
service, management of turnover and access to key decision
makers as their most important criteria in selecting their
staffing service provider.
s A.S.G. Staffing offers quality service at competitive rates.
