- Diagnosis and quantification of PCO has been published in detail by these authors but clinical symptom of loss of two or more lines as labeled visually significant by Ram Pandey et is very practical. Relation of Rhexis size, IOl size, IOL design and surface coatings have been well documented.
- 1.PCO was considered visually significant when visually significant if there is drop by two Snellen’s lines or <6/18 2 Over three years post-op. 3 Same surgeon 4 Rigid PMMA PC IOL
