This document outlines the mission and approach of the Christian Leadership Superior School (C.L.A.S.S.). It emphasizes the importance of teaching disciples, not just preaching to followers. The school aims to provide an "education for life" using a Teoterapic approach that presents Jesus as the ultimate restorer. Its goal is to form disciples who will carry out the Great Commission of winning, building, and sending others. The school teaches disciples through its "backbone" curriculum, training them in character, obedience, truth and other qualities to become reliable group leaders with social sensitivity who can take on goals and challenges.
2. CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP SUPERIOR SCHOOL
C.L.A.S.S.
If you only preach, you
will get fool disciples that
will become your
followers. When we get
into teaching, we are not
making lambs.
(Dr. Néstor Chamorro , seminary
given to missionaries in 2002)
3. Education in the XXI century
Is needed today as never before an
education for life. The Teoterapic
education, presenting Jesus as the
restorer for excellence, will answer the
unresolved questions for this century.
This will determine our compliance with
the great commission: Winning, Building,
Send.
4. C.L.A.S.S. as the backbone
Hosea 4:6 (N.I.V)
Vital to the smooth functioning:
- Allow the upright posture
- Give strength to body
- Shaping the body
- Enable the movement and agility
5. Hosea 4:6 (N.I.V)
My people are
destroyed from lack of
knowledge.
"Because you have
rejected knowledge,
I also reject you as my
priests;
because you have
ignored the law of your
God,
I also will ignore your
children.
6. Our Mission:
Making Disciples
Is the bigest commadment left by
Jesus: To make disciples.
How? Mt 28.18-20
They are not made, there is to
make them, they are to be figthed.
There is not time for rush
7. Matthew 28:18-20 (N.I.V)
18Then Jesus came to them and
said, "All authority in heaven and
on earth has been given to me.
19Therefore go and make
disciples of all nations, baptizing
them in the name of the Father
and of the Son and of the Holy
Spirit, 20and teaching them to
obey everything I have
commanded you. And surely I am
with you always, to the very end
of the age.”
8. Matthew 5.1-2
1Now when he
saw the
crowds, he went
up on a
mountainside
and sat down.
His disciples
came to
him, 2and he
began to teach
them saying:
9. He saw the
crowds
The servant of God has
a clear vision ... Teach!
The crowds lead me to
teach, to mentor, NOT
TO ENTERTEIN.
10. He went up on a
mountainside
COYAVIM as a way of
life and the first
strategy
11. He sat down
How long was this
class? Jesus spent as
much time as
necessary in order to
educate their disciples.
It required to sit down
and fix everything to do
with the best quality.
12. His disciples
came to him:
This class was not
addressed to the
common people, only

Trainers

15. Teoterapic Application
It is the Teoterapic Education, presenting to
Jesus Christ as the excellent
Restorer(Restaurateur), which will give
response to the questions without resolving
of this century. Therefore, the education that
we (AOISA)offer, must rise up to the highest
indexes of excellence, to satisfy the formative
needs of the man of the new century. We
need to assuming with responsibility and
commitment the Great Commission: a new
man to form(train), to have a new society.
