OK Google – It’s okay to get chatty with Chrome [Freeware] | The Red Ferret Journal
If you're a
devoted Firefox user, Google might have just added the perfect app to make you convert to Chrome.
If you're still using Internet Explorer... well, there's probably no hope for you.
Google has recently rolled out OK Google, and the announcement on their Google+ page proves that
releasing the app right before Thanksgiving wasn't an accident. According to the big G's sales pitch "It"s that time of year" the in-laws are coming for a tasty Turkey Day dinner. You"re elbow-deep in
your turkey, ready to start the stuffing and you need to quickly calculate how many ounces of
walnuts are in a cup. Fights may be faced by thusthe native in wedded life. Company, relationship
may possibly not be very theraputic for him and give rise to psychological stress. The respective
ancient, who suffers this Yoga, may not obtain happiness in his life. It's widely used the systems
approach for solving problems in industry. In the area of crime and poverty elimination too you can
find crucial subsystems. They remain outside the system and disrupt the fulfilment of the goal of
economic development with equity and social harmony. Kalsarpa, is the location of planets which
can be as unpleasant for the ancient as the pain of snake-bite actually. Earlier Kalsarpa yoga was

clinical applications of astrology today astrologers have inked study. This year, rather than stopping
midway through to wash your hands and type in a search, you can just speak to your laptop: "Ok
Google, how many ounces are in one cup"? Et voila, the cooking can go on."
Of course, speaking to Google's search engine isn't anything new but it does add a nice touch to
have a hotword trigger that will activate your microphone instead of actually having to click the mic
icon... for those times when you're elbow-deep in turkey or just otherwise don't feel like reaching for
the mouse, and you don't have to worry about OK Google getting crazy with everything you say
2. because the app goes into sleep mode after five minutes of not being triggered with the hotword.
In addition to working with general queries and conversion requests, the app can also be used to set
a timer, but you'll need to be running version 31 or later of the Chrome browser to take advantage of
the freeware and you'll need to have a Google tab open and active in order for the app to work.
