VJ Solar Installed one 15MW solar module manufacturing unit in Gujarat , two
15MW solar module manufacturing plant in Hyderabad and one 15MW solar
module manufacturing unit installation in Hyderabad completed in June2013. The
fifth 15MW solar module manufacturing plant installed in Luck now. Another
15MW solar module manufacturing unit is in transit for Jangareddy gudem Andhra
Pradesh. Advances paid and the project is in line for 25MW unit for Nano bright
solar, Hyderabad. Advance paid and project is in line for Bhopal 10MW plant
Another seven15MW solar module manufacturing units will start in different places
of India by Nov2013. VJSolar having its own Module manufacturing equipment
plant at Hyderabad.
VJSolar will support for Detailed project report, Plant design, Plant layout, supply,
Installation, Training , raw materials source support and maintenance of the
supplied equipments for one year followed by AMC. VJSolar fabricated and using
the Solar Module Laminators in VJSolar own factory of 10MW capacity by
producing 300Watt SPV .

14. For the 10MW solar module manufacturing unit VJSolar Asia suggest the
following equipment.
Cell Testing Machine ---Equipment to sort the electrical parameters of the solar cells.
Laser cutting machine– The machine is used to cut the solar cells into required
dimensions in order to manufacture off grid modules, from 3Wp to 75Wp.
Laminator—The laminator machine is used to laminate the solar cells with EVA, TPT and
Cu.
Sun Simulator—The machine is used to test the laminated solar modules to get the exact
electrical parameters of the solar module at slandered test Conditions.
Aluminum Cutting Machine: To cut the aluminum profiles as per the design.
Aluminum Punching machine: To make the mounting holes and drain hole on the back
side of the aluminum profile.
Jigs– Jigs including Tabbing tables, Stringing rotating mini, Layup tables, Lay up stands,
Trimming tables, Framing tables.
Air Compressor– The air compressor is used to supply the air to the laminator pneumatic
system and for the framing pneumatic gun.
Temperature controlled Soldering Irons: The temperature controlled soldering irons are
used for Tabbing and to make the strings with the solar cells.
