- Peter Ferdinand Drucker (November 19, 1909 – November 11, 2005) was a writer, management consultant Peter Druckers Self Assessment Tool presents what he thinks are the 5 most important questions for any nonprofit organization to ask In 1959, Drucker coined the term “ knowledge worker " and later in his life considered knowledge work productivity to be the next frontier of management.

After the original database creation, a new data category can be added without requiring that all existing applications be modified.
