- Sobre GoI Monitor stands for Government of India Monitor. We are a group of activists, journalists and web developers managing the web magazine since May 2011. The initiative was the result of a need to have an independent platform examining policies of the government whether at the level of Centre, state, city or a village. Instead of just a top down approach, we also look at models of governance at the grassroots comparing them with formal structures. You are welcome to join the team.
